Do you know that six billion videos were viewed in January 2009 on YouTube and according to Wikipedia, "It is estimated that twenty hours of new videos are uploaded to the site every minute…" Today YouTube is the fourth most visited website on the Internet according to Alexa.
What does this mean to you? Get yourself and your business on YouTube! Repurpose your blog posts into videos and put them on YouTube as well as your blog. Does this mean you have to have your face on a video? Not at all. It would be nice for people to be able to see you to get to know, like and trust you but it isn’t totally necessary. Do screen captures or slide presentations narrated by you and it will have nearly the same effect. But with so many computers sporting built-in webcams and the advent of inexpensive video cameras, there is almost no excuse for not putting You on YouTube.
