There is a LOT of discussion going on right now about membership sites. There are people who are dissing WishList Member who haven’t even used it! And people are thanking them for the ‘great info’.
I am going to dispel the myth of what’s going on. You will be getting information from me within a day or so on ‘Magic Membership Sites’ – a virtual course I will be teaching starting within a few weeks.
I’m sick of people assuming authority they don’t have. Watch for info on the preview call – coming within a week. Meanwhile, register for the dial in details here – it will be a few days before I have the day and time nailed down but register anyway – there will be a replay up for a limited period of time.

Looking forward to this call. I find it incredibly interesting how many different formats you can use for memberships. The challenge is which format is best for what content. Hopefully, you can share some light on that:)
Based on what I hear, Wishlist Membership appears to be a versatile platform. And, I plan to use it with a membership program I will launch during the next three months.
I have the Wishlist member plug in. I think it is wonderful and user friendly.
You will LOVE it! It is versatile and does everything you need without ‘extras’. And I will be shedding light on some of the others.
Thanks Ceci!! I love it and it is very user friendly. Will be even more so after everyone learns the ins and outs of how powerful it really is!
Hi Cathy,
I could not agree more. I’ve been researching membership sites and Wishlist is the best in many ways. Financially it’s a one time buy; no monthly fees! They upgrade free for some time and their training is incredible.
I initially began installing it for a program we were going to offer. While we changed course, my experience was that it was very easy to use and intuitive. I plan on starting at least two new member sites with it and would not recommend any other such program.
I love your work. Keep on keeping on!
Tom
Thanks, Tom!! Glad you will be using WishList. It’s awful when the so-called gurus don’t do their homework. Some of what some of them are saying is just plain wrong!!
I’m also looking forward to this call Cathy, and hope I am available at the time it takes place. I have wishlist member but have not used it yet so would like to hear more about it and how it can bring magic to my blog. ;-D
While we use wishlist member, I find that their customer service is poor. The videos on the web site are outdated, their email response time is slow, and they do not offer telphone support – support we were even willing to pay for. The software has a steep learning curve but once you stumble your way through, it works well enough.
You’ll know within a day or so when the call will be – BUT – it will be recorded so no worries there.
A ‘steep learning curve’? I have not found that to be the case at all – and have you seen the videos in your member area? I also have found their customer support to be outstanding. They are hiring and training more support people nearly as we speak!
Magic Membership Sites will answer a lot of your questions – stay tuned!
